A maintenance contract guarantees peace of mind, plus expert help for you when a crisis strikes. (If you do not currently have a maintenance contract with us, we operate a 24 hour call out service for alarm repairs in Bristol and Bath areas.)

Your maintenance contract means you're ready for the unexpected. You've got priority access to our manned 24 hour, 365 day customer helpline, plus the availability of fully qualified Standfast engineers.

We'll also carry out planned inspections, plus any necessary preventive maintenance to help keep your system working reliably 365 days a year. Our Service Co-ordinator will contact all residential customers (and commercial if requested) by telephone to arrange a convenient time for you to have this work carried out.

Platinum features

All the benefits of the above, plus -
"Free of charge call-outs" including labour and travelling if the alarm system is faulty
"Free of charge replacement parts" if the alarm system is faulty
"Free of charge replacement rechargeable batteries" every 5 years
