Digital Hard Disc Video Recorder Systems can be viewed on a combination of VGA and CRT conventional monitors, or TFT and LCD flat screen monitors. Archiving of images for Police etc The digital video recorder includes a DVD writer and USB port to enable download of image events for Police purposes etc. The digital video recorder can be connected via a router to a broadband line to enable remote viewing and control of the system from a PC anywhere in the world. The digital video recorder can also be connected to a local computer network via an Ethernet connection to enable remote viewing and control of the system from any PC on the network.
Remote monitoring of CCTV systems Systems can be connected via a router and broadband line to a Remote Video Response Centre (RVR). Here the system can be viewed 24 hours a day by operators. The system can include alarm detection devices that alert the operators to activity in a specific camera view – the operators are then able to follow the activity on site if pan / tilt / zoom cameras are fitted, and give audible message alerts over a tannoy system to inform intruders that they are being watched and the Police have been alerted. All our systems comply fully with National Security Inspectorate requirements and are compliant with NACP 20 Standards, and the Data Protection Act 1998 (DPA). Every 6 months our installations are randomly audited by ourselves and the National Security Inspectorate to ensure our high standards continue to be met.
